Our story
Not the trucks, the crews, or the work itself, but the invisible machinery between them: how a call becomes a quote, a quote becomes a job, and a job becomes money in the bank.
Where we learned it
We ran growth and the technology behind it while a company climbed from $4M to $40M, as CRO, owning both the marketing that brought work in and the systems that had to carry it. Along the way we were inside one company that sold for $2B and another that went public.
The lesson repeated at every size: growth doesn't stall because people stop working hard. It stalls because the way work moves between people was built by habit, one workaround at a time, and habit tops out.
Why the trades
Owners in home service and construction have been sold software before. Usually badly. What they've never been given is a map of their own business: drawn from watching the work, graded by how we know each fact, priced in their own numbers.
That's the work we like. Real crews, real trucks, real money. A business that took ten or twenty years of grit to build, and deserves systems that match it.

How we work
Every finding carries a grade: we watched it happen, read it in a system of record, or were told. The report says which is which.
You know the price before we start. No hourly meter running under the conversation.
You get working documents you keep either way: a map and a plan, not a pitch for the next engagement.
Everything after the diagnostic is separate, optional, and priced on its own. Stop whenever it stops paying.
Who's behind it

Founder · Phoenix, Arizona
Preston has spent sixteen years building the machinery behind growing companies: marketing, operations, and the technology that ties them together. Zellerhaus is that experience, pointed at the businesses that build and fix the physical world.
From the CEO who saw it
“Preston Zeller was my Chief Revenue Officer at Batch Service for four years, and he's one of the sharpest revenue leaders I've worked with. He served as my right hand as CEO and was instrumental in helping us reach a successful exit. His biggest strength is building the machine behind the revenue, the workflows, the tech stack, the automations, and the forecasting that let a business run predictably. If your organization is struggling with messy workflows, unreliable forecasting, or a tech stack that can't keep up with your growth, Preston is the person I'd point you to.”
Jesse Burrell · CEO, BatchService
“His talent for turning a complex vision into a clear, actionable plan was incredible to watch and fundamentally changed how we approach growth. Preston is a natural leader who can provide strategic direction but also get in the trenches when required.”
Ivo Draginov · Co-Founder, President, BatchService
“He grew our digital programs to unprecedented numbers—optimized user experience, increased traffic acquisition, improved conversion rates. With very little resources, he delivered on all three. Roughly 40% of all new business revenue came from digital programs.”
DeAnn Poe · VP of Marketing, ZoomInfo
“Preston has a rare ability to see both the big picture and the small details, adjusting on the fly—a crucial skill set for a rapidly growing SaaS company. He strategically drove results that directly impacted the company's trajectory.”
Leigh Anne White · VP of Finance, Propstream
“Sometimes you work with a person that has it all going on, has it all together, SO much that interactions with them feel like a breath of fresh air every single time. In short, Preston is a pro.”
David Sill · Former Head of Sales, ZoomInfo
